General conditions
Our goods and services are sold in the Nordic countries unless otherwise agreed in accordance with the general delivery regulations of the Technology Companies NL17. NL17 replaces the previous general delivery regulations NL09. For sales outside the Nordic countries, unless otherwise agreed, Orgalime S2012 is applied. Information about this can also be found on our quotations and order confirmations.

GDPR & personal data policy
In view of the new GDPR regulations that entered into force in May 2018, we at Melin & Carlsson would like to inform you as a customer that we act in accordance with the current legal requirements for data and personal data protection. We register and store information in our customer and supplier registers in the form of name, e-mail, address and telephone related to your position in the company you work for or represent. The data is collected and processed for the purpose of administering the action you have requested, or as required by law. We collect the data to ensure and fulfill the agreement we have between us, as well as to follow up the customer relationship. We only collect personal data that you yourself provide to us when you fill in forms on our website, send us e-mail or via other documents you provide us when you make requests for services or the like and when you yourself chose to provide the information to us. You have the right to check and correct the data we have stored about you.
